Protein Cannoli Filling
Okay so Erik and I made this recipe by accident the first time but when we tried it, it tasted EXACTLY like cannoli filling. It's perfect for breakfast or dessert, has about FORTY grams of protein, and satisfies the biggest sweet tooth!
Try not to make any substitutions if you make it because it doesn't work as well- but if you don't have the Quest protein then vanilla protein + cinnamon works almost as well.
-one container (6 oz) plain Greek yogurt
-1 scoop Quest cinnamon crunch protein powder
-1 Tbsp coconut flour (Don't cut this out!! It's what makes the consistency just right)
-any nut milk/ milk
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and nut milk to consistency.
Add coconut flour and stir thoroughly without adding any additional liquid
Mix in chocolate chips
