Snickerdoodle Green Smoothie
I can't get enough of this smoothie combo. It's SO GOOD. I've been making it almost every morning this summer and it keeps me fueled and energized through until lunchtime.
It's also ridiculously easy, using only 4 base ingredients!
Snickerdoodle Green Smoothie Base:
-about 2/3 cup almond or cashew milk
-1 frozen banana
-about half of a frozen zucchini
-1 scoop PEScience Snickerdoodle Protein
Blend all ingredients. I will usually blend the almond milk and zucchini first, then add the banana, then the powder because I find it easier, but whatever works for you is good.
The base itself is amazing, but if you're looking for a little something extra, you can add a Tbsp powdered peanut butter, spirulina, or cacao powder! I love switching it up with these add-ins and also switching up the toppings that I use.
I will almost always stir in some chia seeds, but sometimes it's fun to top the smoothie with coconut, nut butter, granola, goji berries, homemade protein/ energy bites, etc. It really depends on what I'm feeling that day!
