Mint Chip Smoothie
Honestly, since the first time I made this smoothie I haven’t made any others. It’s that good. I had it everyday for a week a few months back. You’re welcome for this.
-1 frozen banana
-handful of spinach or kale
-around 1/4 to 1/3 cup riced cauli/ sp
-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
-splash of peppermint extract
-1 tbsp ground flax, optional
-1 scoop BIOHM greens powder, optional (“megeatsworld” for a discount)
-1 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
Directions: Blend together the fruits and vegetables with almond milk to texture. Then, add protein, peppermint extract, flax, and greens powder. Blend again until combined. Stir in cacao nibs or chocolate chips and transfer to a cup or bowl.
